Bits and pieces:

- Training is a must if you want to successfully climb Kinabalu. The trek is not technically difficult but quite challenging since so many stairs all the way up until Sayat2.
- I nearly gave up before reaching 8.5 km maybe I did not eat properly and could not sleep for the past few nights, but luckily I have moral supports from my husband, our dearest sweeper Acap and the guide. After performing solat Subuh, suddenly I have the energy to speed up to the last part of Kinabalu
- force yourself to eat and have enough sleep so you have enough energy to climb to the summit
